General Guidelines for Applications
[1] Please apply by filling up of the Career Advancement (CA) application form below with all the required documents duly uploaded. Alternatively, please send email to careers@liquidit.online with your details (full name, phone number, email) in the body of the email and the position applied for clearly mentioned in the subject line. The attachments Resume (1 page) and Statement of Purpose (SOP) must be no more than 1 MB in size.
[2] All applications must be accompanied or supported with a 100% human written and original Statement of Purpose (SOP) [minimum 500 words and no more than 1500 words] that must succinctly and convincingly answer the following questions, automatically:
- What is the most challenging problem (technical or otherwise) in professional or personal life that you have/had solved successfully?
- Why do you think the your stated problem was the “most” challenging one among all other problems that you’ve ever solved?
- What were your approaches and methods of solving the stated problem that you consider unique and distinctive?
- What was your most significant learning from the experience of solving the stated problem?
[3] Please be sufficiently discreet and DO NOT disclose any confidential (or deemed confidential) or any private personal information in the Statement of Purpose (SOP). Instead, (if required) please feel free to fictionalize characters and places without departing from the true essence of the problem you have stated. One of the main purposes of asking for the SOP as part of the application process is to make fair and reasonable assessment of your key life-skills such as your resilience, adaptability, flexibility etc. when life has thrown a curve before you. Additionally, we want to gauge your creativity, imagination and curiosity for learning, from your SOP. Therefore, you must refrain from sharing any confidential/private information.
[4] Please don’t bother to highlight your specialized (niche) skills in the resume as we are looking for true “generalists”. Moreover, we have enough experience to figure out your true potential and greatest strengths from your Statement of Purpose (SOP). Therefore, the single (1) page resume is only for your introduction!
[5] Please don’t send machine (AI) generated or any plagiarized content as part of the Statement of Purpose (SOP) or your resume. Applications with even traces of AI/machine generated content will be summarily rejected without any notifications. Furthermore, should we detect any plagiarized (copied or “lifted”) content without ‘proper’ acknowledgement of the source, our company may take proactive steps to notify the source from where content was copied or “lifted” without permission or acknowledgement or both.

Director of Marketing & Branding (CxO)
Critical Roles and Responsibilities
Create Marketing plan and implement the same in consultation with the CTO. Liaise with key partners for effective collaborative marketing and branding. Additionally, handle all compliance matters that are necessary to keep the company (and its brand) in good standing.
Minimum Qualifications
MBA with specialization in Marketing/Branding/Communications. Excellent communication skills in English language, both written and spoken, is a must for this position.
Director of R&D & Engineering
Critical Roles and Responsibilities
Head the technical implementation, validation, trials and quality/testing of the platform architecture that is designed by the CTO. May be involved in high-level design of modules/components along with the CTO. Lead the team of developers involved in implementation of component designs and manage the lifecycle of software/hardware development.
Minimum Qualifications
Masters/PhD. in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE)/Electrical Engineering or related fields. Significant prior experience in research and design of advanced systems in the domain of IoT and/or related fields is required.
Senior R&D Engineer & Developer
Critical Roles and Responsibilities
Create low-level designs for subsystems and validate the designs through implementation of pertinent technical artifacts.
Develop Mobile apps and manage Website for the company , as directed by the Marketing & R&D heads.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors/Masters Degree in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE)/Electrical Engineering or related fields.
Software Developer
Critical Roles and Responsibilities
Develop software for modules (units) as per the technical specification provided by R&D engineer and (unit) test the same against the modular specifications delineated by the high-level design. Contribute in development of “working” solutions for Proof-Of-Concept (POC) Notes by creating prototypical artifacts using the technology stack proposed by the R&D Engineer. Participate in all internal Feasibility Investigations (FI) of various implementation guidelines (low-level designs) through development/creation of critically thought out Investigation Reports (IR) and White Papers.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE)/Electrical Engineering or related fields.
Secretarial R&D Assistant
Critical Roles and Responsibilities
Assist the C-level (CxO) members of the team with day-to-day secretarial activities including managing of relationships and transactions with vendors ,suppliers, customers/clients etc. May be required to travel short distances in order to represent the company (as an authorized agent) in various forums/customer trials/proceedings as may be required by the CxO team members.

Bachelors degree or Diploma in any technical or scientific discipline. Excellent communication skills in English language, both written and spoken, is a must for this position.
